Soy Beans!

After cooking my soybeans I ground them up and with the help of David use my food saver for the first time effectively (for some reason I don't like reading instructions and could figure it out!) Whenever we have ground turkey or ground beef I add equal parts of ground soybean. Helps the meat stretch a little further. Weird I know! But it works.

Fav Veggie

I am not very consistent with this whole blogging thing! Anyway, I just wanted to update everyone on my favorite vegetable: Spinach. About 3-5 times a week I tell David how much I love spinach and how you can throw it in anything. I put it in my smoothies, rice, eggs, add it to cooked veggies, soups, and whatever else we are eating. Best Veggie Ever.
